Project at a glance

Ethical questions in clinical practice and research with human participants are relevant to human genetics services, but many of these issues need adaptation to be applicable in this rapidly developing field.

Our group, situated in the Institute for Biomedical Ethics, focuses more specifically on questions of fairness in everyday clinical care, ethical aspects of health policy, ethical criteria in translational research, improving informed consent, and the protection of vulnerable persons in research and health care.
